Who can see your viewing activity?
after i sautee and brown my onions, sometimes they "sit" before meal is served; sometimes they get a little soggy -- how can I prevent that?
i think you're right, maybe they are still cooking; if i remove from heat, even by putting into a bowl, they seem to turn out better

i was thinking about the cheese -- i usually put it on when burgers still in pan and cover them with the lid

have to be careful what order you stack stuff - otherwise, they really become sliders and fall all apart! ;o)
