Can you substitute regular basil for the thai basil?

Can you make those ahead of time & keep them in the fridge for a while?

Is the sauce more tangy? Or does it have a spicy kick? I've never had tamarind but you may have convinced me to try it!

Did you pick the Thai basil over others for a particular reason? Others such as cardinal, Genovese, Persian, vana holy, prospera, sweet dani, or sweet aussie

I ask as I am currently growing all of these

Would some veggies be too watery to use in a wrap - like tomato?

Can we use a store brought sauce
